Retreat Description
Wake up to the sound of waves lapping over a beach sunrise. Amble down to our calming retreat space for morning meditation and reflexology, before tucking into breakfast designed and delivered by some of the best chefs known in Brighton.
After a drenching rain shower and time to get dressed, you’ll dive into your first coaching session with our resident Tony Robbins Coach, Kate Dennison. You’ll discover the psychology of why you think, feel and act as you do, and learn how to change behaviours and emotions you’re ready to let go of. Here’s where we prime you for the day to feel liberated, empowered, alert, and ready to take on the world :)
After your morning coaching session, you’ll make your way down to the beach for your Wim Hof breathing and ice bath experience. Out of all the activities we host, this continues to remain a customer favourite :) Set to a seascape background with music that makes you move, it’s zingy, daring, fun, exhilirating, and takes you totally out of your comfort zone to a place of deep strength and power.
Take some time to rest and group, allow the good of the day to seep in, then join us for a 4* culinary experience in Brighton’s favourite boutique hotel. Dinners are deliciously curated to tantalise your tastebuds and pack you full of nutrients ready for day two, fitness in the mountains…
After dinner, relax and unwind in the spa. A true a cave of wonders, the space is ambiently lit with jaccuzis, saunas, steam rooms and a host of massage therapies to ease away the day before closing your eyes into heavenly sleep.
